The heritage of the Fondation Condé

Historical social housing

The buildings of the Hospice Condé facing the Place Omer Vallon and along the Rue de l’Hôpital date from the 18th century. They had become obsolete and dilapidated in the 1950s. They were leased to the OPAC, renovated and transformed into social housing.

Today 71 families have the privilege of living in this quality estate in the very centre of Chantilly.
